The basic stages of the choice of tools of management of projects

The basic stages ofa choice oftools ofmanagement by projects and the corresponding problems solved at these stages are considered. It is shown, that for use ofa tool set in projects ofreal business, it is necessary to execute thin adaptation ofthe given set reflecting features ofanalyzed projects.
