Here is suggested the model ofconstruction factories investment affinity appraisal based on linear multifactor dynamic model by A. Frankel. As the criteria ofthe appraisal is accepted the coefficient ofeconomic stability. The scheme ofthe model is base on information about the Khabarovsk Territory.
