Abstract:

The problems ofdevelopment and realization ofstrategy ofsocio-economic development ofmunicipal educations are considered on the example ofcity Stavropol - center ofsubject of Russian FEDERATION. For economic making strategy the method ofestimation ofindustrial complexofcity is presented, for a social constituent - recommendation on the increase ofquality oflife oftownspeople.
