The methodology of the management of the social responsibility of the business is offered: from a policy of the diligent interaction with partners up to policy of the payment of the dividends. Interrelations between the social responsibility of the business and growth of the competitiveness of the industrial enterprises are investigated. Social non-material assets is offered to use in the annual reporting of the industrial enterprise.
