Hypothecary crediting as the tool of increase of availability of habitation

The role of hypothecary crediting in realisation of the priority national project «Accessible and comfortable habitation — to citizens of Russia» is considered. The comparative analysis of dynamics of hypothecary crediting, housing construction and availability of habitation to the population is carried out. Measures on increase of efficiency of a housing policy of the state are offered.
