Synergy of auxiliary service divisions of integrated enterprise

In this article considered the model, there supposed to create several structural divisions, which exist in parallel with the basic organizational structure of integrated enterprise. Thus, the suggested model solves two problems. At first, accomplishing the internal synergy of auxiliary service divisions of integrated enterprise and the synergy with departments of manufacture. Second, achieving the desirable result for a foreign partner - a collegial decision of internal problems by restriction a power of chiefs of departments.
