The corporate governance in power engineering and providing economy security

The article is devoted to the question of opportunity and expediency of using corporate governance in power engineering companies work for settling a circle of problems which lie on economy security ground. Considering the South of Russia as an example, the authors compared Principles of Corporate Governance which different subjects of power engineering market realize. The weak points of Principles and factors of lowering investors' interest are revealed.
