Increase of effectiveness in the financial and economic management of the united national electrical network

The problem points in the financial and economic management UNEN are revealed and analyzed. That problem points require the correction for increase of effectiveness. Principals of increase of effectiveness FEM are developed. Model of distribution of the resources, control of the purchases and payments, the composition of the functional blocks FEM are offered.
