Formation of conceptual bases of industrial policy

In clause questions of formation of industrial policy of the Russian economy are considered. It is shown, that the state industrial policy should become a component of a state policy of social and economic development of the country, representing system of legislative, administrative, financial and economic state decisions and actions on management of development of the industry.
