The influence of globalization’s factors on the state policy in the sphere of high education

In the article the formation of the state policy in the sphere of high education in the conditions of globalization are considered, global tendencies of Bolonsky process for Russian education and positive and negative consequences for Russian high education by the entrance of Russia in WTO are emphasized.
