Place and organizational forms of small business for implementing of innovation imperative of russian economy development

The place and three basic forms of the small business involved in the national innovation system (NIS) are defined/ A model of scientific-technical center, some peculiarities of venture financing, and necessary government contributions are described. Using the “global factory” concept and USA NIS experiences the need to have permanently geographically concentrated innovation small businesses is highlighted
