Private-public partnership and development of city territories

At initiation of investment projects, focused on development of City territories and municipal economy, it is necessary to co-ordinate pressing needs of capital investments in municipal economy with possibilities to pay back these expenses. These expenses have to be ordered within the limits of development projects of separate territories, also it is necessary to increase the payback per unit of budgetary funds investments.
