Knowledge management as universal concept: cross-cultural aspect

In clause distinctive features of various approaches to management of knowledge in cross-country-cultural aspect are considered. The conclusion is done, that management of knowledge, undoubtedly, will receive the further development in Russia, but only not as the isolated model, and the model based on integration of all existing approaches to management by knowledge.
