Formation of the control system by housing-and-municipal sphere of modern economy

In article problems of functioning of a housing-and-municipal complex of Russia in modern conditions are considered. It is shown that for successful transformations the unity in understanding of ways of an overcoming the crisis, concentration and concentrations efforts of all levels of the power is required at the decision of the formulated problems.
