Substantiation of application of model Solowe at formation of model of the innovative complex of region

In work the first investigation phase for a substantiation of economic-mathematical model of an innovative complex of the region representing compound dynamic system is considered, using which laws of development, it is possible to estimate distribution of innovative potential, to analyse the factors influencing parameters of development of region and to operate innovative process.
