Licensing as a ‘soft’ method of integration

Issues and methods of 'soft' forms organisation of companies integration during the process of integration transformation are considered in the article. Nomographic model, which allows defining some conditions of signing a licence agreement, which defends interests of all the parties involved, is proposed.
