About problems of integration of extracting and processing sectors of the russian fishing industry

In the paper some problems of interaction of out-put and processing in Russia fish industry have been described. In particular the necessity of the attraction of raw fresh and frozen fish into Russian coast-processing companies and regulating of fish product's prices as necessary conditions of effective fish companies' integration have been considered.
