Labour productivity as criterion of efficiency of programs of stimulation of the personnel of joint-stock companies

On the basis of the lead analysis authors show, that labour productivity can represent itself as one of the basic parameters of an estimation of actions on stimulation of the personnel. It is noted, that the motivation of the personnel of joint-stock companies now becomes the major direction of activity of the supreme bodies of management.
