Directions of perfection of organizational structure of the control system of the enterprise

In work the linear structure of management by the innovative enterprises as the most typical control system in territory of the Russian Federation is considered. Its merits and demerits are reflected, and also attempt of elimination of the lacks most typical for the given form of management, due to use of program Kobajasi, system of controlling and transformation of linear structure of management in matrix is undertaken.
