Competences identification and estimation technology as strategic management instrument of enterprise intangible resources

Concept of enterprise strategic competences was defined. Their role in creating firm competitive advantages was considered. Technology of their identification and estimation was proposed. Enterprise strategy formation set-theoretical model based on use of strategic competences as intangible resources management instrument was presented.
