Influence of investment climate on development of social-cultural sphere of megacity

The nature of conception «investment climate», the status of Saint-Petersburg's social-cultural sphere in contemporary conditions are considered by the author. Main problems of influence of investment climate on development of Saint-Petersburg's social-cultural sphere are exposed by the author. Directions of activity for solution exposed problems are introduced by the author.
