Abstract:

The problems of practical realization of methods of the patent analysis are considered. The economic significance of the patent analysis and its place in the system of strategic management of economic activity of the industrial enterprise are defined, phases and directions of the patent analysis are offered, and as are presented of the described methods are designated.
