In article the main tendencies of development of electrical power branch of Russia are considered, the factors influencing formation of a tariff for electricity generation and, as a result, on the production program of the manufacturing enterprises are structured and analysed, the producers of the electric power providing its minimum prime cost producers of the electric power, and also risks of emergence of deficiency of means taking into account features of tariff setting at the enterprises of electrical power branch of Russia are revealed.
