The strategic aim of integrated processes in modern economic conditions is to form and develop basic competences which enable to create various business structures. Those structures totally use opportunities for reaching systematic effects and improving strategic competitive advantages. Thus the article focuses on economic-mathematical model of formation and development of the integrated business structures and also the conceptual approaches for investigation of the integrated processes.
