The results of testing of the developed methodological approach based forecasting capital investment of enterprises in the corresponding cluster on a scale level of similarity with the statistical evaluation of strength of links. Conducted statistical definition of clusters as a result of fuzzy cluster analysis of food industry of Ukraine plants shows sequence selection parameters in the corresponding cluster and plants alcohol industry, describing the impact the formation ofinnovation activity.
