In article questions of effective development of transport infrastructure as necessary condition of development of industrial clusters are considered. The concept of clusters and their role of innovative development of economy is described, importance of geographical concentration of subjects of an industrial cluster and high-quality transport communications is shown. The role of information and analytical systems of transport planning and modeling in manage- ment of development of transport infrastructure at the heart of which modern models of transport streams lie and which can be integrated into the general information infrastructure of a cluster is shown. In conclusion of article the approach is brought to an assessment of public (social and economic) efficiency of investment projects on development of transport infrastructure.
