The comparative analysis of the stockmanagement basic control systems is conducted. The conditions of their ap- plication are established. Process of materials and completing products purchase at the machine-building enterprise is in details studied. The supplier choice algorithm in conditions of wide nomenclature bought products is offered. One-nomenclature models of raw materials and completing products storekeeping considering changing demand are developed, and also the estimation of their efficiency is spent.
