        <p>In the given work the model of an estimation of productivity of the innovative system is presented, based on the theory percolation processes which is developed in the physicist and represents universal mathematical apparatus for research of the ordered and disorder environments. In model two factors - binding force (connectivity) and force of a susceptibility (receptivity) which lead to occurrence percolation processes - interaction processes are considered. The work purpose consists in understanding, how effective communications and information interchange influence success of research efforts and processes of training of subjects of innovative system.</p>
