The authors explore economic development of complex integrated systems, determined by existing level of economic potential and external factors. The sequence of development of economic systems of integrated cluster type indicates the integration ability of complex economic systems' development and necessity of intensive balanced coherent development of all elements of the cluster for further positive synergy effect.
