In article the methodical aspects of formation of the mechanism of management by risks in system of quality management of the organization is considered. Problems are listed and by risks necessity of introduction of managerial processes is presented to system of quality management of the organization. At the same time stages of introduction of the mechanism of management are developed by risks.
