In restructuring of the coal industry the domestic economy has faced for the first time absolutely new circle of problems to which decision it has appeared not ready. There were problems of large-scale closing of tens collieries and the cuts, having exclusively difficult character as a result of interaction social, economic, ecological, technology factors.
