The problems of timber industry complex of the Primorsky Territory. Proposed to upgrade the industry through the development of high-tech wooden construction, which will give impetus and other industry - the military-industrial complex. We propose a model for creating an innovation management company (IMC), which will ensure effective communication of military and civilian sectors in the innovation process.
