The article analyzes the criteria for assessing the competitiveness of construction companies. The author believes that they can serve as the competitiveness of its manufactured building products and the competitiveness of the contractor. In turn, the competitiveness of construction products is determined by its domestic price and quality, and competitiveness of construction companies - the level of its organizational and technological reliability and speed of construction.
