Problems and prospects of development of competitions on the right of the conclusion of the state contract are considered at placing of orders for building and the maintenance of objects of a transport infrastructure by criteria the price, quality and reliability. On the basis of foreign and domestic experience of purchases, requirements of operating standards in the field of quality management principles of competitive selection are proved and criteria of reliability which can be used at a choice of the supplier are considered.
