The article presents a method of efficiency calculation of logistical processes. The method is based on the analysis of the logistical cycle parts duration. The logistical cycle duration is divided into periods depending on their increasing or not increasing of the value for the consumer. The analysis of constant and variable logistical costs in main functional logistical spheres is carried out and the logistical costs influence on operational leverage is estimated.
