The major factors defining interdependence industrial and a commercial policy of the metallurgical enterprises in home market of metal products are shown. It is proved that the major problem of postcrisis restoration is reduction in conformity of the industrial policy focused during the pre-crisis period on building of high-efficiency units, with consecutive increase in internal demand at metal products.
