In the article the methodological aspects of the instrumental formation of the strategy implementation for symmetric integration of the Southern Russian micro regional development are stated which can be also applied for the development administration of other macro regional systems of contemporary Russian Federation. The valuation instruments of development parameters of the macro regional system JuMR are projected.
