The mechanisms of the functions of intergovernmental fiscal relations in the modern economy, and notes: the definition of federal financial aid as their own source of revenue budgets of the subjects. The author raises the question of interaction between relevant authorities and municipalities, their interest in the efficient use and preservation of the property, as well as the issue of financial control over them.
