The article is concerned with the competitivity analysis in the context of informational interaction of difficult systems elements. The models of informational interaction that allow to investigate structural properties of competitivity are considered. Different mental activity models are also under review. The article considers the mechanism of competitivity properties formation in the modern enterprise.
