Features of management by competitiveness and stability of the enterprise in the modern conditions, caused by action of factors of globalisation, informatizacionalisation economy, consequences of global financial crisis and system crisis of the Russian economy are considered. The approach to an estimation of level of competitiveness of the enterprise and management of information resources and the streams connected with maintenance of competitiveness is offered.
