In article is proved an urgency of working out of methodology of studying and development management of hy-pothecary crediting system, necessity of inclusion of the concrete methods considering specificity of hypothecary housing crediting system for methodological base along with general scientific methods of research and management is shown. Methods of research of hypothecary housing crediting system, management methods by its development and methodological approaches to efficiency estimation are systematised. Conditions of application of methods and expected results are defined.
