Article is devoted a quantitative estimation of productivity of privatisation of objects of the state and municipal property from the point of view of filling of corresponding budgets. It is shown that thus receipts in budgets decrease in times, and patterns of ownership used today and "the economic" interests of their proprietors directed under the current legislation on «maintenance of interests of a considerable quantity of the people living in concrete territory», appear opposed to interests of these people.
татья посвящена количественной оценке результативности приватизации объектов государственной и муниципальной собственности с точки зрения наполнения соответствующих бюджетов. Показано, что при этом поступления в бюджеты снижаются в разы, а используемые сегодня формы собственности и “экономические” интересы их собственников, направленные по действующему законодательству на “обеспечение интересов большого количества людей, проживающих на конкретной территории”, оказываются противопоставленными интересам этих людей.
