In article organizational-economic mechanisms of liquidation of consequences of failures and acts of nature on transport communications are considered. By authors it is shown that effective way of working out of such mechanisms is application of methodology of risk-management and the concept of comprehensible risk. Questions of state regulation of compensation are analysed economic damage from transport failures and accidents to managing subjects and the population.
