The stochastic model of the dynamic programming is considered, allowing to solve the whole spectrum of problems of the management connected with commercial forecasting and planning of volume of output with a seasonal nature of demand. The concrete algorithm of realization of model is offered. The practical importance proves to be true results of the lead analysis of adequacy of offered model to real conditions of managing of the enterprise.
