Some issues concerning the audit organization of the enterprise which is under the condition of financial crisis and audit procedure are considered. The definition, the purpose and goals of audit of the crisis enterprise are formulated. Also the integrated approach to the audit conducting based on the organized combination of principles and methods of financial and management audit is proposed.
