In clause the basic directions of realization of innovative activity of the cartographical enterprise are presented. It is noted, that specificity of production and services of the cartographical enterprise cause features of management of its innovative activity, including used directions, in the ways of the organization of carrying out of scientific researches, and also construction of organizational structure of management
