The organizational models of forming and realization of strategic management by reconstructive growth of the economy of Chechen Republic are proposed in this article. The prove is given to the model of direct participation of the state in organization of strategic management by reconstructive growth of the economy of the region, in particular, the organizational structure and functions of separate subsystems, on the basis of the bodies of state authorities already formed as well as new structures proposed by the authors.
