The problems of increase of effectiveness of the development of production in general, provided by economic expediency or technical necessity, social and ecological aims, are considered in this article. The analysis is made for use of indicators, reflecting the measure of development of separate factors of the production and final results of the development of the production in their economic and social forms. The prove is given for economic indicators of assessment of the potential of the enterprise, efficiency of construction enterprise in general, as well as the indicators of social protection of the employees.
