        <p>The value of condition and effectiveness of grain ruling of Russian Federation is detailed in the article. The principles of new system of grain production, outlined by transferring to the new level of ruling the groundmaking with having and introduction into the practice of new generation of zone agro-landscapes system of groundmaking adopted to the natural conditions of grainproductive regions in maximum are formulated.</p>
