In the article the problems of small industrial enterprises in Russian Federation in the conditions of economic crisis are considered and the role of this economic crisis is defined. In the process of analysis we reveal that measures, which are taken by Russian Federation government, were directed on a support of small enterprises and all branches of a country's economy
